Accessibility statement

We aim for WCAG 2.2 Level AA and test navigation, controls, contrast and layouts as part of development. Automated checks and keyboard reviews help us find defects; they do not establish that every assistive-technology combination is supported. Please report a barrier using the contact below.
Our target
Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. We use semantic HTML, visible keyboard focus, readable contrast and responsive layouts, and respect reduced-motion preferences.
What we have done
- Semantic structure — proper landmark regions, headings in a logical order, and a “skip to content” link on every page.
- Keyboard operable — navigation and interactive tools use native links, buttons and labelled controls. Keyboard reviews include opening and closing dialogs and returning focus to their trigger.
- Colour contrast — text and interface colours are checked against the AA contrast thresholds.
- Responsive and zoomable — the site is mobile-first and remains usable when text is enlarged.
- Reduced motion — animation and smooth scrolling are switched off for visitors whose system requests reduced motion.
- Screen-reader considerate — decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology, and meaningful images carry text alternatives.
- Self-hosted fonts — no third-party font requests, for reliability and privacy.
Known limitations
Some features have practical limitations:
- Search, filtering and comparison need JavaScript. The directory records, guide library, provider links and footer navigation remain available without it. Clipboard support depends on the browser; quote text can also be selected and copied manually.
- Wide reference tables can scroll within the article on small screens. The table region can receive keyboard focus. Print layouts depend on the browser and printer settings.
Reporting a problem
If you use this site — with assistive technology or in any other way — and something does not work, such as a control you cannot reach, text you cannot read, or a page that traps keyboard focus, we want to know. Email info@pattaya-vehicle-rentals.com with the page address and a short description, and we will look into it and reply.
