Rent a scooter to your condo or Airbnb in Pattaya
Confirm delivery and parking with both the rental operator and building management, then complete the same contract and condition checks as a counter pickup.

Short-stay units vs long-term condo rent
A building may distinguish among owners, long-term residents and short-stay guests. Ask authorised management which access and parking policy applies to your occupancy rather than relying on a host's assumption or a shop's delivery promise.

Building rules and the juristic person
Ask the named management office which vehicle policy controls the common areas you would use. Questions include access route, designated bay, registration, documented fee and overnight permission. Do not infer a citywide legal rule from another building's practice.

Keep the two replies together
Use the same address and pickup/return times in both enquiries:
- To management: “I am staying at [building/unit, occupancy dates]. May a rental scooter be handed over at [meeting point], and where may it park overnight? What registration, visitor access or fee is required?”
- To the operator: “Can you deliver [model] to [full address/map pin] at [date/time]? Please confirm the contracting business, delivery/collection charges, staff contact, condition inspection, security method, support number and named return recipient.”
Keep the replies with the signed agreement. A host’s introduction is not confirmation from building management or the rental business.
Delivery fees and who holds the contract
Request a current itemised delivery quote for the exact address and time; there is no verified citywide fee. The contract should identify the rental shop, vehicle and payment recipient, not only your building, host or a chat contact. Save the signed page, staff name/contact and the vehicle plate before the handover ends.

These published delivery statements do not establish access to your building, a live scooter or permission to leave it with security. The linked records retain the operator sources and unresolved terms.
Passport policy and deposit on arrival
Ask for the operator's exact identity and security-document policy before handover. Keep your original passport and request a documented alternative; if the operator will not offer terms you accept, decline the transaction. See passport rental policy, passport hostage scam, and deposit guide.
Complete the walk-around record before paying and accepting the unit. If someone presses for a signature before you can inspect the vehicle and written terms, pause or decline. Record panels, mirrors, seat lock, tyres, dashboard, fuel or charge and odometer.
Parking overnight and return location
Agree where the bike may remain each night and record any contract restriction on parking. Follow the building's current security and locking policy; see park rental scooter safely and lock theft prevention.
Agree whether return is to the shop or a named collector at the building, plus the fee and deadline. Leave the scooter with building security only if the operator and authorised building staff accept that arrangement in writing; record who acknowledges receipt and closes inspection and security repayment. Match the scooter and agreement, record existing marks and supplied equipment, and test the controls before the delivering staff leave.
