Delivery to the lobby is convenient. It also skips the walk past competing shops and makes it easier to accept a bad contract because the bike is already at your door.

Confirm an authorised handover location at the hotel, then complete the contract, vehicle and payment checks before accepting the scooter. Arrange an inspection window with the operator; the booking’s delivery label does not establish its fee or return process.
A named operator may offer hotel delivery for your dates, model and address, but this publication has no citywide delivery or fee inventory. The short answer
Photograph the bike, read the contract, confirm deposit and return time, then pay. Same rules as a street counter. Do not pay a large transfer before the scooter and signed form are in front of you.
Delivery fees and rate bands

Lobby pickup checklist
Use the permitted handover area with enough light and space for the condition record and pickup checklist. Record the bike, issued helmets, fuel and existing marks. Do not assume hotel staff have witnessed or accepted the rental terms; establish the contracting party separately.
Concierge and middleman risk

PromptPay and upfront payment scams
If a social account requests full payment before delivery, verify the business identity, contracting party, cancellation terms and payment recipient first. Two helmets and fuel on delivery

Write the shop phone number on the contract margin for return-day questions if delivery staff are different from counter staff.
